Karisa is an organizational strategy and operations leader with over 16 years of experience helping creative enterprises navigate growth and complexity. She partners with leadership teams to design the structures, workflows, and processes that create clarity, strengthen alignment, and support high-performing teams.

She has held senior leadership roles across prominent art galleries and artist studios, including Managing Director at BLUM (formerly Blum & Poe), where she oversaw global operations, organizational strategy, cross-functional initiatives, and built aligned, effective departments. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of François Ghebaly, establishing the gallery’s operational foundation, and as Studio Director for artists Jonas Wood and Shio Kusaka, where she led the growth and professionalization of their studios, scaling teams, formalizing workflows, and building the infrastructure necessary to enable significant expansion.

Karisa draws on extensive experience in organizational strategy, operational design, and team leadership to guide strategic decision-making and execute initiatives with precision. Her work focuses on optimizing people, processes, and structures to build scalable, high-performing organizations.
