Nicoletta is a strategic communications leader with more than 15 years of experience developing and implementing narrative strategy across editorial, digital, social, and public-facing platforms. She partners with senior leadership to translate complex ideas into accessible, community-centered communications that advance institutional resilience, equity, and public engagement.

Nicoletta brings extensive experience in campaign implementation, cross-functional coordination, editorial leadership, publishing initiatives, and performance-informed communications. Her work integrates strategic planning with thoughtful execution across multiple channels.

For a decade, Nicoletta served as Communications & Editorial Director at BLUM (formerly Blum & Poe), where she worked closely with executive leadership to implement communications strategy across editorial, PR, digital platforms, social media, and public programs, while leading a team of five. She also served for eight years as Co-Director of Acid-Free, a nonprofit publishing and public programming collective supporting artists, independent publishers, and community-driven knowledge production, including the organization’s annual large-scale book fair.

Nicoletta brings a systems-oriented approach to storytelling grounded in collaboration and care.
